Inferring Freedom and Equality Many of Earth's organisms and processes depend on each other to survive the natural world. First of all, freedom, or "forced to be free," and equality presuppose each other in some instances, but sometimes they are interdependent. For example, if you look into the lower class, people within that class are equal among others in that class. Also, they have freedom inside the boundaries of their status quo. As the view broadens to the whole society, that certain class loses some of its freedom and equality to the aristocracy. In this example, the amount of freedom and equality you receive all depends on money and power. Wealth corrupts the balance of freedom and equality between the social classes in the nation. In all, everyone in a legitimate society has some equality and freedom, however, the how much you get relies on where you stand in the social triangle. In every valid government, every citizen has freedom of their basic rights, but the sense of equality will never be distributed equally between them. This problem is constantly going to true because of the definition of general will: an individual has to alienate some of his natural rights to join the body politic. Therefore, power is distributed to the government, and the people of the nation are not equal. One person will always have power over another. If everyone was equal, chaos would break out into the world, because when nobody governs or rules the citizens, they can do whatever they please. Freedom is preferred in the society rather than equality. A person with freedom would have most rights in the Constitution, but a person with equality would live in a chaotic society, because there is no governing house. Altogether, the presence of freedom and equality together differs with the scope of the condition. America's concepts of freedom and equality have varied over the course of its history. When the American government was new, only white male property owners had total use of the Constitution's given rights. Early America also exercised the idea of slavery, where the master and slave relationship exist. But as an intolerance against slavery grew, the masters were forced by the Union to change their illegitimate system to a more legitimate system. This newly built system resulted in all males, property owner or not, having privileges to all rights in the Bill of Rights and the American Constitution. But this method still leaves out a single group of people, women, from the concept of freedom. Also in America, the "separate but equal" issue rose to the surface of controversy over the topic of freedom. All these examples demonstrate where freedom is non-existent to all people in the nation. They also display the same idea of freedom within the private will, but that freedo! m is surrendered to the general will to support a legitimate government. In some cases in the American history, some citizens abandon more rights than others. But as the view travels closer to the present, the difference of the people's rights between each other gradually diminishes to a negligible amount. This perception of America's freedom shows an increase of knowledge towards a near-perfect republic. Today, government partially employs the use of total equality. But again, a legitimate government cannot have total equality because of the alienation of certain rights to join the body politic. American government follows the outline of a legitimate government. The checks and balances system balances the amount of power among the three governing houses. Also, the government does not employ a parallel existence of freedom and equality. But that existence is impossible in any legitimate society, according to the description of the body politic and the general will. The individual mind has matured a long way toward this form of structured government, but the basic concept of the government is the natural laws of a human being. Although, man has evolved into a being of great reason, distant from the state of nature, he must look into nature to find a correct and sanctioned regulations and theories.

In MS the flexibility of the workplace there is offer a range of options for flexible working, be it part-time work, job sharing or term-time working. We also offer support for staff wishing to study or to take a complete break with our career break scheme of up to nine months unpaid leave. The benefit of the model of flexibility is the flexibility exercises, whether static or dynamic, are important for maintaining optimal range of motion in joints. Empowerment is a management practice of sharing information, rewards and power with employees so that they can take their initiative and make decision to solve problems and improve service and the performance. Empowerment also are base on the idea that giving by the employees skill, resources, authority, opportunity, motivation as well as holding the responsible for outcomes of their action. The flatter organizational structure also is based on the scenario of Human Resource Management practice. There are the few advantages of the flatter organizational structure. Flatter organizational structure is less costly because it has only few managers in the company. There have quick decision and actions can be taken because it has only few level of management. However, there are also fast and clear communication is possible among those few levels management. It subordinates are free from close and strict supervision and control. The disadvantages of flatter organizational structure are, there are chances of loose control because there are many subordinates under one manager. The discipline in the organization may be bad due to lose control, and the relations between the superiors and subordinates may be bad. If there are close and informal relations may not be possible. There will be many problems of a team work because there have many subordinates under one manager. Sometimes flatter organizational structure has to create problems of coordination between various subordinates. Therefore, efficient and experienced superiors are required to manage a large number of subordinates. At last, the quality of the performance may be bad. 5.1.1 Question 2 After the implementation of the Human Resource Management, there must have the job description in the performance. The organization must provide good performance. So that the performance itself should have to know about the performance standard. A sample performance standard for an executive assistant is: Record and transcribe minutes and disseminate copies to the board of directors within two weeks after each meeting. According to Ruth Mayhew 2012 Performance management is a workplace program that helps employees understand their job duties and their employers expectations. The executive assistant is exceeding expectations by distributing copies within a week; however, if directors receive copies of minutes a month later, the employee is not meeting the job expectations. For rating purposes during an annual evaluation, managers compare the employees actual performance to the performance standards. However, there will be a training to train a leader, manager or supervisor to lead a group of people in the organization. Therefore, Training supervisors and managers how to control performance appraisals is another functional responsibility of the human resources department is a training specialist develops the learning objectives to make the company more successful. 5.1.2 Conclusion to Task 4 In this conclusion, I have learned the flexibility of workplace. The flexibility of workplace are good for employees because they can be more concentrate in their work even they din have the workforce to work longer for the company. I think this is work for every company, because every staff can enjoy with their work and work satisfaction in the company. 6.0 Conclusion In my conclusion, I think human resource is a good department and it is very importance in a company. Human resource management teaches us how to manage people in a company and in an organization. I have learn the importance of human resource and how the human resource department running in a company. In task 2, I have learned the flexibility of workplace. Autosomal Chromosomal Abnormalities Essay -- Genetic Disorders

Where does DNA come from? What is DNA? What is a Trisomy? DNA comes from our parents, we get half from mom and the other half from dad. DNA is two strands of nucleotide bases coiled into a double helix. The four nucleotide bases are Adenine, Thymine, Cytosine, and Guanine. Adenine pairs with Thymine and Guanine pairs with Cytosine. Each set has 23 single chromosomes- 22 Autosomes and one X or Y sex chromosome. (Massimini, 2000). â€Å"Your mother can give you only an X chromosome, but your father can pass on an X or a Y chromosome. If you receive an X chromosome from your father, the XX pair makes you genetically a female. If you receive a Y chromosome from your father, then your XY pair you're genetically a male (mayoclinic). Trisomies occur when there is an extra chromosome. An example of this would be, we have a total of 46 chromosomes (23 from each parent). When one extra is added this is a trisomy because now there’s 47 chromosomes. â€Å"There are two different forms of trisomy they are as follows: Partial Trisomy- part of a chromosome attaches itself to another chromosome, and Mosaic Trisomy- every cell contains extra† (Massimini, 2000, p.48). DNA replication is when cells make copies before they divide. DNA is held together by Hydrogen bonds. Hydrogen bonds are broken by an enzyme and DNA polymerase makes a complementary strand of each parent strands. DNA polymerase moves along the strand of DNA, and uses the bases as a template to make a new strand of DNA. It matches A with T and G with C as it moves along the strand. DNA liagase is the glue that seals any gaps holding the new strand together. DNA polymerase proof reads its work and corrects any mistakes it finds.
